This audiophile customer wasn’t impressed with his dealer’s offerings in the way of factory audio. He brought his Bentley to us and said he thought we could do better.

The customer is always right, of course. Afterwards, he wrote:

“I went to several other installers and they all told me that what I wanted was impossible. And the system sounds “incredible” (per a friend of mine who is an audio/soundstage designer for several Broadway theaters).”
